life's a beach

I just wanted to share with you some of the beautiful scenery that I am surrounded by every day. After I went for a run this morning, I decided to take a couple photos of the coast line. This beach is called Trigg Beach and it's famous for surfing. There are always tons of surfers lined up in the water to catch the next big wave. I usually pick that spot to run because it is so inspiring. As my good friend Chip says, "It's a whole nother world, with brand new stars, and the ocean waves are a little bit longer, a little bit bigger, and a little bit stronger; and the sun goes down as it comes up at home, it's the same light everybody sees, the center of my universe as brought me to my knees, again..."

Matthew 7:13-14 "Enter through the narror gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow is the road that leads to life, and only a few find it."
